I just move to this residence , seems nice one , need time to judge the services and give a fair review , however, I had a fantastic experience working with Lynne S. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and made the process of signing the rental agreement smooth and stress-free.
Always available via phone/texting / mails , we made so many visits to different apartments upon our requests, she never said comeback later or thy are the same ! always ready to support.

We have been here for a month now and our experience has been amazing. The apartments are spacious and well designed. We downsized significantly and it has been easy to find space for all our things. Management has been exceptional. Lynne S was our leasing agent. She took exceptional care of us in every way from signing to moving in. Responds immediately to texts. Cleaning crew work’s tirelessly to keep this place spotless. Teni has been great at getting a few repairs done that we brought to her attention with 48hours. Maintenance has been super responsive . Highly recommend this place! Tenants super friendly and we have had no issues with noise at any time of day.

The place is really modern, clean, and beautiful units. The office staff and maintenance are respectful, friendly, and very helpful. I have zero complaints and would recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and modern living in Orleans, ON.

I express my sincere gratitude to Teni and the management team; their performance has been exemplary. The building is in excellent condition and impeccably clean.

The application process was seamless. The move in process was great. There were a couple of minor problems that were dealt with immediately…a light not working and the balcony door wouldn’t lock. Overall experience was a 5 out of 5.

The building is very nice and modern. The maintenance team is always very responsive and the management is great. The elevator went down once but was fixed within an hour. Aside from that, everything is amazing!

I would love to thank the Head Office of Iron clad properties for everything. We had a great stay. The staff is very respectful and friendly. When you send an email, they respond promptly and are always ready to help. The maintenance was great too. The apartments are clean and new and comfortable. A special thank you to Mrs. Teniola and to Mr. Mo.

The entire process from taking a look at units to moving into our unit was seamless and couldn’t have been easier. The staff at Ironclad are great and David went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and was to our liking. Anyone looking for a place should strongly consider an Ironclad property, they will not be disappointed!

I really love and enjoy living in my apartment. The amenities in the building are great, and the maintenance team is always quick to answer whenever I need something done in my unit. So far I've been very pleased with everything. Thank you.
