Eglens has been working in the building maintenance and cleaning sector for nearly two years and has been a valued member of the Ironclad Properties team at 10th Line for over six months. As a building cleaner, Eglens takes great pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for all residents, and he finds true satisfaction in knowing his work has a positive impact on their daily lives.

Originally from Delmas, Haiti, Eglens brings a thoughtful and dedicated approach to his work. He enjoys engaging with residents—especially when they take a moment to acknowledge the cleanliness of the building—and he’s always open to feedback and suggestions. His attention to detail is evident in his daily inspections of common areas to ensure they meet the highest standards.

Outside of work, Eglens enjoys reading, meditating, and cooking in his free time. He values respect and collaboration within the 10th Line community and wants residents to know, “We are here to serve you.”

As the Leasing Coordinator for Ironclad Properties, Lynne Salvacion brings over two years of experience in property management and a passion for helping people find their perfect home. With a thoughtful, client-focused approach, Lynne takes pride in connecting with prospective residents, understanding their needs, and guiding them through a seamless leasing experience. Based in Victoria, BC, Lynne Salvacion serves as the Leasing Coordinator for Ironclad Properties, overseeing the leasing team and providing guidance to team members. She shares her expertise and best practices to ensure prospects enjoy a seamless and exceptional leasing experience across our communities.

Lynne is known for her consistency, reliability, and attention to detail. Behind the scenes, she puts great care into preparing every showing and move-in—ensuring paperwork is in order, suites are clean and ready, and the process feels smooth from start to finish. Her approach to customer service is grounded in communication, clarity, and a genuine desire to make things easy for every resident.

Originally from the southern Philippines and raised in Gimli, Manitoba, Lynne blends her cultural roots with a love for creativity and exploration. Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, fitness, fashion, and discovering new culinary experiences. A talented self-taught designer, she has been sewing since she was 14—often creating custom outfits for herself and others.

Lynne has been a trusted mentor and behind-the-scenes support for our leasing staff at 10th Line, consistently offering guidance rooted in her commitment to tenant care. She leads by example, instilling the importance of creating a welcoming and supportive experience for every new resident.

With over 16 years of experience in property management and 3.5 years with Ironclad Properties, Kristina Gregory plays a key leadership role in overseeing operations across the company’s residential portfolio throughout Canada. As Manager of Operations, Kristina is passionate about supporting the front-line teams who keep each community running smoothly. She sees her role as a behind-the-scenes problem solver—removing obstacles, improving processes, and fostering collaboration so that her teams can focus on delivering outstanding service to residents.

Kristina’s strengths lie in project management, operational strategy, and building a culture of accountability and teamwork. Although her role doesn’t involve daily interaction with residents, she is deeply committed to ensuring that every team member understands the importance of customer service and the impact it has on building strong communities. Her weekly meetings with on-site teams help her stay informed, provide guidance, and address challenges proactively.

Originally from Campbell River on Vancouver Island, Kristina brings a love of nature and creativity to both her personal and professional life. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, camping, and spending time with family—including her two loyal puggles, who join her at the office and on local adventures around Metchosin. A lifelong lover of art and design, Kristina has even built some of her own furniture at home.

Looking ahead, Kristina is excited to continue helping her teams grow, recognizing their hard work, and enhancing the resident experience across all Ironclad communities. Teniola Hamzaat has been a valued member of the 10th Line community for the past 10 months and with Ironclad Properties for the past 3 years, bringing a thoughtful, people-first approach to property management. With a natural talent for problem solving and a genuine interest in connecting with people from all walks of life, Teniola excels at creating a welcoming and well-run community for residents to call home.

Behind the scenes, Teniola is a strong advocate for residents, always working to ensure their voices are heard and their concerns addressed with empathy and fairness. She believes great customer service begins with active, objective listening and a commitment to maintaining a positive environment for everyone at 10th Line.

Originally from Ibadan, Nigeria, Teniola enjoys spending quality time with her family outside of work and finds relaxation in sewing—a hidden talent she’s proud of. Her favourite local spot is Petrie Island, where she enjoys the natural beauty just minutes from the community.

Looking ahead, Teniola is excited about implementing new ideas that help foster a greater sense of belonging and satisfaction among residents. Her message to the community: “Our door is always open. Your ideas and feedback help us grow and improve—never hesitate to share.”

Allie Sampson is the Marketing Coordinator at 10th Line, where she brings over a decade of real estate experience, a creative spark, and an unmatched ability to juggle projects big and small. Since joining the team in early 2025, she’s found her stride in the ever-evolving world of resident engagement and community-building.

Allie is focused on deepening connections with current residents and ensuring the community continues to thrive. From curating events that bring neighbors together to crafting thoughtful communications, her goal is to help residents feel truly at home long after move-in day.

Allie leads with empathy and a “solutions first” mindset—whether she’s fine-tuning a marketing campaign or listening to resident feedback, she believes the best service starts with understanding people’s needs and making sure they feel heard.

Her favorite part of the job? Watching the community grow and evolve, and knowing she plays a role in shaping a place people are proud to call home.

Outside of work, Allie can often be found soaking up the natural beauty of Vancouver Island—whether she’s hiking forested trails, exploring hidden beaches, or biking through scenic paths. She loves spending quality time outdoors with her kids and their snack-loving pup, Josie, who never says no to an adventure (or a treat).

Ike has been a valued member of the 10th Line community since early 2025 and with Ironclad Properties for over two years, bringing dedication and pride to his role as a Cleaner.

Originally from Obuasi in the Ashanti Region of Ghana, Ike takes genuine satisfaction in knowing his daily efforts help keep the building clean, safe, and welcoming for everyone. He is especially known for his approachable nature and strong relationships with both staff and tenants—always ready to lend a hand and ensure tasks are done thoroughly and on time.

Residents may not realize just how much work Ike does behind the scenes, often early in the morning or late at night, to make sure everything runs smoothly before problems even appear. His proactive and attentive approach to service helps create a community that truly feels like home.

Outside of work, Ike enjoys working on designs, playing soccer, cooking, biking, and staying active at the gym—and fun fact: he once worked as a sports journalist covering soccer commentary and analysis!
