Eglens has been working in the building maintenance and cleaning sector for nearly two years and has been a valued member of the Ironclad Properties team at 10th Line for over six months. As a building cleaner, Eglens takes great pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for all residents, and he finds true satisfaction in knowing his work has a positive impact on their daily lives.

Originally from Delmas, Haiti, Eglens brings a thoughtful and dedicated approach to his work. He enjoys engaging with residents—especially when they take a moment to acknowledge the cleanliness of the building—and he’s always open to feedback and suggestions. His attention to detail is evident in his daily inspections of common areas to ensure they meet the highest standards.

Outside of work, Eglens enjoys reading, meditating, and cooking in his free time. He values respect and collaboration within the 10th Line community and wants residents to know, “We are here to serve you.”

As the Leasing Coordinator for Ironclad Properties, Lynne Salvacion brings over two years of experience in property management and a passion for helping people find their perfect home. With a thoughtful, client-focused approach, Lynne takes pride in connecting with prospective residents, understanding their needs, and guiding them through a seamless leasing experience. Based in Victoria, BC, Lynne Salvacion serves as the Leasing Coordinator for Ironclad Properties, overseeing the leasing team and providing guidance to team members. She shares her expertise and best practices to ensure prospects enjoy a seamless and exceptional leasing experience across our communities.

Lynne is known for her consistency, reliability, and attention to detail. Behind the scenes, she puts great care into preparing every showing and move-in—ensuring paperwork is in order, suites are clean and ready, and the process feels smooth from start to finish. Her approach to customer service is grounded in communication, clarity, and a genuine desire to make things easy for every resident.

Originally from the southern Philippines and raised in Gimli, Manitoba, Lynne blends her cultural roots with a love for creativity and exploration. Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, fitness, fashion, and discovering new culinary experiences. A talented self-taught designer, she has been sewing since she was 14—often creating custom outfits for herself and others.

Lynne has been a trusted mentor and behind-the-scenes support for our leasing staff at 10th Line, consistently offering guidance rooted in her commitment to tenant care. She leads by example, instilling the importance of creating a welcoming and supportive experience for every new resident.

Ike has been a valued member of the 10th Line community since early 2025 and with Ironclad Properties for over two years, bringing dedication and pride to his role as a Cleaner.

Originally from Obuasi in the Ashanti Region of Ghana, Ike takes genuine satisfaction in knowing his daily efforts help keep the building clean, safe, and welcoming for everyone. He is especially known for his approachable nature and strong relationships with both staff and tenants—always ready to lend a hand and ensure tasks are done thoroughly and on time.

Residents may not realize just how much work Ike does behind the scenes, often early in the morning or late at night, to make sure everything runs smoothly before problems even appear. His proactive and attentive approach to service helps create a community that truly feels like home.

Outside of work, Ike enjoys working on designs, playing soccer, cooking, biking, and staying active at the gym—and fun fact: he once worked as a sports journalist covering soccer commentary and analysis!
